    重庆市嵘泰科技有限公司创建于1994年，占地36000平方米，其中厂房面积16000余平方米。共有员工500余人，工程技术人员20余人（其中具有高级技术职称和国家级专家5人），是研发生产铝合金箱体和盖类零件的专业企业。公司按照ISO9001：2000标准的要求建立了完善的质量管理体系。主要产品面向摩托车、通用机械和汽车等行业。
    工厂的主要产品有CG125（150）、CB125T、CBGS、016 摩托车、沙滩车以及汽车、通用机械中的各种铝合金箱体、盖类等零件。产品主供产品主供美国B&S公司、重庆百力通公司、重庆嘉陵·本田公司、重庆力帆集团、建设雅吗哈公司等企业。
    通过近年来的高速发展，已装备各种先进生产设备和检测仪器120 多台，包括六条生产流水线和多台组合专用机床。拥有13台加工中心（含4台Hardinge CNC 机床），另有800T压铸机2台，700T压铸机1台，550T压铸机2台，500T压铸机4台，1T和2T集中熔炼炉各一台。另有美国brown&sharpe 三坐标测量机和德国WAS光谱分析仪等检测仪器。具有年产100万台摩托车箱体、7000吨铝合金压铸件的生产能力。

    Covering 36000 square meters including 16000 square meters for manufacture, ChongQing RongTai Technology Co.,Ltd, a professional factory for aluminum crankcase and cover producing, was founded in 1994, which has more than 500 staffs and more than 20 project engineers,5 of which are national level experts.According to the ISO9001:2000, we’ve established a completed quality management system,and the main products are for the motor, general machine and car industries.
    Now main products have aluminum alloy cases and covers etc. used in the model CG125 (150), CB125T and CBGS, 016 motorcycles, all-terrain motorcycles, automobiles and general machinery etc.. The products are supplied for many customers such as Chongqing Jialing·Honda Company, Chongqing Lifan Group, Chongqing YAMAHA Group etc
    With high speed development in recent years, the factory is quipped with advanced devices and testers more than 120 sets, including production lines of 6 and many combination dicated machines; 11 sets of machining centers (such as Hardinge CNC machine of 4 sets); 2 sets of model 800T pressure die-casting machine; 1 set of model 700T pressure die-casting machine; 2 sets of model 550T pressure die-casting machine; 4 sets of model 500T pressure die-casting machine); model 1T & 2T concentrated smelting furnaces for each one; 3D measuring machine of American Brown & Sharpe and spectrum instrument of WAS, Germany etc. The factory has the annual output of 1.0 million sets for motorcycle cases.
